WHO ARE WE?
Established in 1985, we are one of the UK’s largest, family owned retailers of graded designer and top branded furniture. We specialise in cancelled orders and end of line stock that you will only find in for sale in most major furniture stores. In February 2018 we moved into our 33,000 Sq ft Superstore in Hinckley and added Bedroom, Dining room and Living room to our ranges along with lots of other home furnishing and lighting products and when your feeling like all this sitting down is tiring you out, why not try our in store Coffee shop for a bite to eat and maybe even an afternoon tea.
OUR GRADE SYSTEM EXPLAINED.
Here at Cut Price Suites we are very well known for being incredible value for money, the reason for this is simple. Top manufacturers produce so many sofas that sometimes they make a mistake, have orders cancelled or have remaining end of line stock and that's where we come in.
We have deliveries arriving daily of these top brand sofas. Our upholstery team unpack them, inspect them and then Grade them accordingly, we then photograph each and every piece, paying close attention to any imperfections so that you know exactly what your getting.
Below is a description of what each grade means, but each item will have a more detailed description.
A GRADE - A brand new item that is in its original packaging, unmarked and with no faults, these are usually END OF LINE or CANCELLED ORDER - SURPLUS STOCK.
B GRADE - A brand new or refurbished item that is without its original packaging, it will have been inspected by our upholstery team and worked on if needed. It may be found to have very MINOR cosmetic imperfections that the upholstery team haven't been able to remove, which will be photographed and described in detail on each and every B grade sofa.
C GRADE - An Ex display model that has been displayed in a high street store or a customer return from one of the well known high street stores, this item will be inspected, cleaned and repaired (if needed) then fully photographed and described in detail.
PROTOTYPE / DEVELOPMENT - An item that has been made by a design team to see what the finished item will look like before it goes into production or to look at what an existing item would look like if they made certain changes, it would then be put into a factory showroom, where decision makers would be invited to give their views and decide if it goes into production.
Here at Cut Price Suites we pride ourselves on good customer service, so if your furniture develops a fault within 12 months then don't worry, simply send it back to us and we'll make sure that a member of our upholstery team will get to work on it straight away, we'll then call you to arrange returning it to you.
If your sofa develops a fault AFTER 12 months simply call us and we will be only too happy to quote.
Doesn't fit, doesn't match, not sure if you Love it, then no problem, simply return it to us within 14 days in its original packaging, unused and unmarked and in saleable condition.
Under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days starting the day after delivery of all your goods.
The customer then has 14 days to return the goods at their own cost or the retailer arranges collection. The former will be a full refund minus the admin fee and the later will be refund less cost of collection and admin fee.
All returns must be wrapped appropriately for transport in order to prevent any damages.
PLEASE NOTE:- All Cancelled orders are subject to a £25 admin fee which is increased by the rate of delivery if the item has been dispatched. (If the item has Free Delivery, the fee is charged at the standard rate for delivery).

3 - BACS payment or Bank transfer - delivery to any address, to place your order please contact us.
4 - 10 Months 0% interest free credit (Now available as a payment option at check-out.)
5 - Cash (Payable before delivery and in our Hinckley store ONLY)
You can Collect from us yourself but you must book in and bring a form of I.D that matches your order. You will also need to bring relevant packing and rope if required as none of our sofas are packed (We can provide this service but will charge £10 per item and this must be arranged in advance)
We REQUIRE the following prior to the collection;
1- FULL NAME - Of the Person / Courier company collecting.
2- Registration and Model of the Vehicle collecting.
3- The person collecting must bring I.D (Driving Licence / Passport)
4- You must book your collection in by calling us on (01455) 63 53 20 atleast 24 Hours in Advance.

FABRIC DISCLAIMER – Please Note that some fabrics can differ slightly due to colour inconsistencies in fabric rolls. If you are trying to match an item to another sofa you currently have or intend to purchase in the same colour then please let us know so we can check that they will match.

Q - "Why are you so cheap?"
A - We buy all of our furniture from Big manufacturers as Clearance items and B grades, because they have so many, we keep our prices 'cheap' to make sure that we sell lots of furniture and sell it quickly, therefore we always have space to be able to take deliveries of more of lovely new sofas.
Q - "What is a B grade?"
A - To put it simply, an item that is not quite perfect, so it could have a small cosmetic mark or could have a scratched wooden foot but all of our B grade items will have a description of what the imperfection is and of course will have a photograph of the imperfection, if you are unsure at all then call us and we will give you a 'Completely honest' description. Q - "Can i order a different colour or combination?"
A - We usually have matching or complimenting items available for most of our sofas, if you find an item that you like, then scroll down to the bottom of the page, we put some matching items there. Q - "How much is delivery to..."
A - All delivery costs are shown on the description of each item.
Q - "How long does delivery take"
A - Local Delivery to the Leicester Area is Next-Day* and National Delivery is within approximately 10-14 days.
*Next day delivery is subject to the availability of couriers.
