2 Man Delivery Within 1-3 Days - Up to 4 Items for £35
2 Man Delivery to room of choice, Delivery pre-booked over the phone with 30 minutes notice prior to delivery.
This service typically covers a 30 mile radius from our store in Hinckley.

UK Mainland Delivery:- 2 Man Delivery Within 7 Days Approx from Dispatch - Delivery Costs Shown in Item description

Dispatch Times for Non-Leicestershire Deliveries:- Orders are dispatched within 5-7 days approximately from receiving your order.


Delivery Details

The Courier Service we use for our national deliveries will aim to deliver your item within 10-14 days or 7-10 days approximately if Premium UK Mainland Delivery is selected at check-out.

Once we have received your order we will then book you in with the courier who will aim to collect your item from us within 7-10 days. After this they will then contact you within 48 hour to confirm your delivery date and time slot.

For single Footstools we can provide delivery any weekday provided we have 48 hours notice and we will contact you during office hours to arrange delivery.

As Our delivery services are booked in over the phone please ensure you supply us with your contact number.


Delivery Terms and Conditions

As we use independent couriers we are not responsible for any damage that occurs in transit. You cannot pay the courier for the sofa on the day of delivery, all payments need to be completed before we can send the item to the courier.

*Please make sure the sofa is physically able to get through doors and up stairs etc!*

Our drivers require that access to your room is cleared and safe, free from any trip hazards.

If the above isn't met the delivery to the room is at the driver's discretion as they are not insured past your door so they are not covered in case of any accidents or injuries.

Please make sure items are as described and you are happy with them before signing the courier's sheet so as to minimise any problems that may arise because of this.

GOODS CANNOT BE REFUNDED IF DAMAGE OR ISSUES ARE NOT REPORTED STRAIGHT AWAY SO DO NOT SIGN COURIER SHEET IF THERE IS A PROBLEM


Collection Information

You can also collect from us yourself but you must book in and bring a form of I.D that matches your receipt. You will also need to bring relevant packing and rope etc as none of our sofas are packed (We charge an extra £10 per item for this and must be arranged in advance).

IF YOU WANT TO SEND SOMEONE TO COLLECT ON YOUR BEHALF

We REQUIRE the following prior to the collection;

A message sent from the corresponding eBay account with all of the following information.

1- FULL NAME - Of the person / courier company collecting.

2- Registration and model of the vehicle collecting.

3- The person collecting must bring I.D (driving licence / passport).

4- You must book in your collection by sending us a message at least 24 hours in advance.

WE WILL NOT LET ANYTHING BE COLLECTED WITHOUT ALL OF THE ABOVE BEING ADHERED TO.

NOTE:We require 24 hours notice prior to collections.


Returns / Refunds Information

Goods must be returned to us in original packaging unmarked within 14 days, please allow another 48 hours for us to inspect the goods and arrange a refund.


Cancelled orders may incur a discretionary £25 admin fee, which is increased by the rate of delivery if the item has been dispatched. (If the item has Free Delivery, the fee is charged at the standard rate for delivery).

Warranty Information

All products come with a 12 month warranty on frame, springs and cover material. Goods must be returned to the store at the buyers responsibility and must be booked in over telephone prior. Proof of original purchase must be provided.
